Michelle Heard is a finance and technology professional with an extensive background in IT Financial management.  She has over a decade of experience with strategic financial and IT planning including Mergers and Acquisitions, Telecom Expense Management, IT Operational and Capital Expenditures, Internal and External workforce management, vendor and contract management, financial reporting, data analysis and data visualization.

Michelle, with a solution focused mindset, is determined to help clients reach their desired goals of financial transparency, cost optimization, and technology value realization.

Before founding MJ Heard Consulting LLC, Michelle worked as an Senior IT Analyst and IT Financial Consultant for a wide range of companies across multiple industries.

Michelle holds her bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a MBA with a focus in Business Analytics from Texas Woman's University.
